Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of data) we would like to inform that Sandwich Panel Group with its registered office in: Szulbor Wielkie, ul. Romantyczna 7 is the Administrator of personal data sent in the contact form contained on the company's website.

The Sandwich Panel Group assures special and due diligence to protect the rights of users whose data are processed, and in particular ensures that these data are:

• processed in accordance with the law,
• collected for the purposes specified in this document and lawful purposes,
• not subject to further processing incompatible with the above purposes,
• stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

The purpose of personal data processing is to communicate with persons contacting the Sandwich Panel Group. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Administrator's legitimate interest in enabling communication, possible establishing relationships with the contact person, providing necessary information. The personal data processed is: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other information provided by the person contacting the Administrator. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, if personal data are not disclosed, the communication process may be difficult or impossible to implement. The data is stored until the contact person requests to erase his data and the content of queries from the database or as long as it is necessary to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party.

Data may be made available to entities and bodies authorized to process this data on the basis of legal provisions. Data may also be made available to third parties, technical and organizational service providers as well as legal and advisory service providers, while these entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and in accordance with his instructions.
